- All Items are shipped via Canada Post ground and will include a tracking number. With the exception of stickers, as those will be mailed out letter post unless added to another order. Orders may take 3 - 5 business days to be processed and mailed out.

Exchange for same item only.
Only applies to damaged goods.
Buyer responsible for shipping damaged goods back to Zero Cool.
Please Contact Zero Cool before returning damaged goods for expected turn around time, and detailed instructions regarding the exchange of your defective item.
